•PLEASE DO NOT ALTER MY WORK AFTER COMMISSIONING, IF THERES AN ISSUE I WOULD LOVE TO HELP YOU FIX IT.

• if you would like to commission a particular type of artwork/design work that's
not listed you can contact me for work enquiry.

✦ Usage Rights

• ✭ Personal usecommissions here can be shared/posted online and for profile pictures / covers in your personal page.• ✭ Commercial useif the aim of the commission was to create any merchandise or promotional materials and anything in
a profitable way (both digital or physical form) it will be deemed as commercial use.(eg. use for novel covers, website banner/cover, branding, goods, assets and online websites like Youtube, Twitch, Shop, etc)
there will be a 100%-200% additional fees charged for commercial use. Important note: I will not accept FANART COMMISSIONS
OF CANON CHARACTERS IF THEY were for creating merchandise .

✦ PAYMENT INFORMATION

• PAYMENT IS MADE WITH PAYPAL THROUGH INVOICE.
• PAYMENT MUST BE MADE UPFRONT BEFORE I MAKE ANY
PROGRESS.
• PAYMENT PLAN CAN BE DISCUSSED IF PREFERRED
(50% UPFRONT (SKETCH) + 50%(FINAL))
•NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE

✦ CREDIT & WATERMARK

• WATERMARK WILL BE ON EVERY PERSONAL USE ARTWORK.
• I WILL BE SHARING THE WORK PUBLICLY UNLESS INFORMED
• CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED TO SHARE MY WORK

✦ IMPORTANT NOTICE

• by commissioning me you have agreed and understood all the terms and conditions written.
• if you were found violating the terms written (eg.uploading my work to ai generators, making profits
from a personal use artwork etc.) legal action will be taken.
